Calculating Points & Rewards

  • One point will be rewarded for every ¥1,000 of spending (including tax and service) on accommodations, food and beverages when Club members show their Members Card at the time of payment. (Amounts under ¥1,000 will not be credited.) Spending on banquet services will not qualify for points.
  • Members must present their Members Card at the time of payment in order to receive points. (Points cannot be rewarded after payment has been made.)
  • A monthly Point Statement will be sent to each member's registered address.
  • Once each year the Royal Park Hotel will calculate the total number of points based on spending from June 1 to May 31.
  • Rewards will be given base on the total number of points accumulated during the previous year ending May 31.
  • Members must accumulate at least 1,000 points in order to qualify for an award.
  • Points may not be transferred or rolled into the following year.
  • Points may not be given or exchanged with other members.
  • Points may be exchanged for rewards anytime between July 1 to August 31 only.
  • If you have accumulated more than 1,000 points, please contact the Royal Park Club office.
  • The Royal Park Club office will send you a form to claim your reward. Completed forms must be returned to the office no later than August 31. Upon receipt by the office, your award will be mailed to your registered address.
  • You may select any qualifying reward.
  • Awards with expiration dates must be used no later than the date of expiration. Awards not used by the expiration date cannot be extended, exchanged or replaced.
  • Lost awards cannot be replaced.
  • Awards may be changed without notice.
