Discover Old Edo (Tokyo) by Rickshaw

The Royal Park Hotel sits at the locus of Old Edo (now called Tokyo) and provides the perfect starting point to tour the area the old-fashioned way --- by rickshaw. Take an hour or two to see the old Nihonbashi and Ningyo-cho at a pace that will let you savor each passing scene.

Ningyo-cho Neighborhood Tour
 
Regular tour: Approximately 1 hour

¥10,500 for one person
 
This tour will take you to Yagenbori Fudoin Temple, The Button Museum, Site where Kamonomabuchi lived, Meiji-za Theater, Amazake-yokocho, Birthplace of author Junichiro Tanizaki, Site of Genyadana, and Jusaburo Doll house.
 
Deluxe tour: Approximately 1.5 hours
 
 ¥21,000 for two persons
¥13,650 for one person
 
Seven Gods of Good Fortune Shrines Tour
 
Regular tour: Approximately 2 hours
 
 ¥28,350 for two persons
¥18,900 for one person
 
This tour will take you to Suitengu Shrine, Chanoki Shrine, Koami Shrine, Takarada Ebisu Shrine, Suginomori Shrine, Kasama-Inari Shrine, Suehiro Shrine, and Matsushima Shrine.
 
Consumption tax included.
 
Entrance fees to museums are not included.
 
Tours are available during the following hours:
 
 10:00 - 16:00 (October to March)

10:00 - 17:00 (April to September)
 
Tours are also available on rainy days.
 
 
Rickshaw services are provided by Kurumaya Nihonbashi.

 Reservations are required.

 Reservations and cancellations will be accepted until 16:00 the day before the tour. Tours cancellations after 16:00 will be subject to charges.
