Lunch can be taken at a designated restaurant within the hotel, or a sandwich luncheon can be provided in the meeting room.

 A flipchart or whiteboard
 Dedicated event services personnel (available to attend to all meeting arrangements)
 17,000JPY per person (includes tax and service charges)

Half Day Meeting Package
 Meeting space for 4 hours: 9:00am – 1:00pm or 1:00pm – 5:00pm
 One coffee break
 Audio Visual equipment
 A projector and screen
 A flipchart or whiteboard
 Dedicated event services personnel (available to attend to all meeting arrangements)
 12,000JPY per person (includes tax and service charges)

Terms & Conditions
 The Meeting package is for one meeting room only; a separate charge will be levied for additional meeting space.
 The Meeting Package rate as quoted is for a minimum of 20 attendees.
 The quoted rate is valid through December 31, 2010.
 The Meeting Package is non-commissionable for agencies.
 Meeting spaces and lunch venues are subject to availability.
 Charges will be applied to time extensions at a rate of: 1 hour / 1,500JPY per person.
 Broadband Access (wireless or cable connection) is available, additional charges apply.

Accommodation
 A group rate of 18,000JPY (single or double occupancy) is available with reservations for 10 rooms or more. (This rate is subject to tax & service charges and subject to availability.)
 Unlimited broadband access is available in all rooms occupied by a group.
 The above rate is commissionable at 10% for agencies.
